.EkkS.: "What a horrid thing to say."
Today I have noticed that the most popular petition on my Timeline is for the removal of a user who…
Well, have a look for yourself.

Shut down the account of so-and-so because… why?
Because they’re exercising what is left of our (American) amendment rights?
Please…please…tell me I am…

Has the English Language Become Unclear, Or are People Getting Stupider?
I hate to be someone who jumps on any bandwagon, however I DID read The Hunger Games series. I actually enjoyed the books, and yes it is technically a young adult series I still maintain the themes are adult, and it is appropriate for someone my age to read. I am getting away from my point here though.
I thought the movie was very good, and very close to the book, which I enjoy a great deal. Almost everything was just how I had pictured it while reading the books. Then I start reading about all these ignorant, shmucks whining about the fact that Rue and Thresh were black???
If these people had actually read the book as they claim, they would know that Rue, and Thresh were described in the book as having dark skin!!! That aside, what difference does it make one way or the other??!!!?!?!? They were still both great characters, and I still cried when Rue died.
A particularly asshole-ish person actually said Rue being not white ruined the movie? To that person, you are a dick of epic proportions, and you should go back to school and do some learning before you go back to your over-crowded trailer full of your red neck family.
If the color of a person’s skin can ruin a movie for you, you have some serious issues. All that should matter is the quality of the acting and how visually stunning the movie is, which this movie was.
All these other people that claim they read the book, but are still bitching about the actors who played Rue and Thresh I would seriously suggest learning how to read your big girl/boy words. Or stop lying about the fact that you can read? Just a suggestion.

Am I the only one that thinks that the Dark Shadows movie is going to be a total disaster.I saw the trailer today and it made me throw up.Im so disapointed in Tim Burton. He is one of my favorite directors.I love his gothic, creative aesthetic. Is a shame that he had gone on the way of doing movies…

Park: Lucas Silveira of The Cliks is an unapologetic, privileged, willfully ignorant, tranmisogynistic piece of shit.
A friend of a friend of a friend of someone on my facebook recently uploaded this picture.

And tagged a trans girl as the bottle. The girl asked to be untagged and the picture taken down. Because she’d experienced hate and violence associated with that word.
Which is totally reasonable.
…Wow, so these women are super douches. Maybe shut the fuck up and stop being so judgmental? Throwing the word “misogynist” around does not make it actual fact. Dick
